A vision of a company that placed its employees first, a vision of great opportunities, and a vision of success, created Vision Information Technology Consultants LLC.

It was a beautiful day in September and I was driving down south with my family, and I began to reflect over my life and my career. As a software engineer for a small company in the Northern Virginia area, I enjoyed the one on one interaction with management and personnel. As a thriving company, it was acquired by one of larger IT companies in the area and that personal touch that gave it the edge on many other companies was lost.

Being an advocate for people and having an entrepreneurial spirit, I ventured off to start my own business, a business that would be focused on the employees who in turn will focus on our clients. I believe that if I invest the time and the effort into ensuring my employees are happy than in return they will satisfy our clients. It all begins with me. I plan to lead by example. My employees and clients should see qualities of professionalism, integrity, and commitment in my daily walk. I want my employees to take ownership of this company. I want them to grow and feed back into our family, and our community.

Believing and knowing that anything is possible, I have stayed loyal and true to my journey. I am committed to not missing the mark and what matters the most to me, the people. I’m still standing.
